What if I can’t find my tracking number?

If you’re having trouble locating your tracking number, check your inbox for any emails from Packlink or the courier service. If you still can’t locate the tracking number, contact us today and we’ll help you locate your package.

What if my parcel hasn’t arrived yet?

If it’s past the estimated arrival time and your parcel hasn’t reached its destination yet, there may be delays on the courier’s side. Please contact the courier to find out more about the delays.

Can I track international packages?

Yes! Packlink’s tracking tool can also track international packages as long as it has been sent with one of our supported couriers.

Can I track packages that were not through Packlink?

As long as you sent the package with one of our supported couriers, you’ll be able to track your package even if you didn’t use our comparison tool.
